Meet Sushi!

Is a very gentle girl. She likes playing with everybody. She also loves to cuddle with people. She has such a friendly personality and is peaceful to other dogs and cats!

Sushi comes from a ruthless puppy mill. When she was born, she suffered from a lack of pigmentation in her eyes due to inbreeding. This caused her to develop very poor eyesight, our vet deemed her clinically blind. The awful breeders at the puppy mill that were responsible for Sushi’s did not want Sushi’s genetic trait and surrendered her to an animal shelter.

After hearing about Sushi’s unfortunate story, we felt sorry and we wanted to end her suffering. Our rescuer took her out of the shelter upon learning her story and took her to the veterinarian to arrange for her more detailed medical examinations. Sushi was spayed and given up to date vaccinations to ensure her well-being.

Sushi is now with her foster family. She is receiving much love and care with them and has been doing very well. She is very smart and enjoys playing with other dogs. She is always friendly and close to people. Although she cannot see, she still has a very good sense of direction through ears. Sushi is ready to find her forever home.
